The inquiry form collects your email, optional name, selected topic and message. It also records when you submitted, your consent confirmation, a receipt reference and the inquiry’s review status. PermOasis Retreat uses these details to respond, organize follow-up and limit repeated automated submissions.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available through an owner-restricted inbox. They are not displayed publicly. Hosting providers process the data needed to operate the site, and processing may occur outside Canada. Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation.

There is no automatic marketing subscription. A message about the book or game is an inquiry, not a purchase, pledge or confirmed playtest registration. The site does not send an automatic email receipt; it shows a reference when the inquiry has been saved.

Your choices

You can email instead of using the form. To ask about your inquiry, correct it or request deletion from the active inbox, contact tyler@permoasisretreat.com. Include the receipt reference if you have it. Inquiries are retained for follow-up until removed; deletion from the active inbox may not immediately remove platform backups or logs.

Other services

The site does not install custom advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The hosting platform may process technical logs and authentication information to provide and protect the service. Search is performed within the browser using the site’s chapter index.

Links to Payhip, the existing PermOasis Retreat information package, social platforms and other websites are governed by those destinations’ terms and privacy practices. The former /privacy-policy address now redirects to this current website privacy notice. Any future formal application or payment process needs its own applicable privacy disclosure before information is collected.
