Some places are built for profit.

Others are built for people.

PermOasis Retreat began with a simple question:

What if we could build the kind of place many of us have been searching for our entire lives?

A place where neighbors know each other.

Where children grow up surrounded by nature instead of traffic.

Where land becomes healthier with each passing year.

Where freedom, ownership, and community are not competing values.

Most people spend their lives adapting to systems they didn't create.

PermOasis is an opportunity to help create something different from the beginning.

About PermOasis Retreat

My name is Tyler Clark.

Like many people, I've spent years watching communities become more disconnected, housing become less attainable, and people become increasingly isolated despite being surrounded by others.

At the same time, I found myself drawn toward a different vision.

Not a retreat center.

Not a subdivision.

Not a survivalist compound.

A living community built around stewardship, resilience, meaningful work, personal growth, and respect for the land.

I began studying regenerative land development, alternative housing, community design, wellness, and business systems with one goal:

Create a place where people could build a better future together instead of trying to build one alone.

PermOasis Retreat is the result of that vision.

Why I Started This

While PermOasis is a new company, the skills behind it were developed over many years.

I've spent years leading teams, managing projects, working in construction, studying sustainable development, and building organizations. PermOasis isn't an idea that appeared overnight. It's the result of years spent learning what works, what fails, and what it takes to turn a vision into something real.

Most importantly, I understand that vision alone isn't enough.

A good idea only matters if it can be executed responsibly.

That is why PermOasis Retreat is being developed in phases, with each stage designed to create tangible value before moving to the next.

Experience and Background

Many projects begin with buildings.

PermOasis Retreat begins with foundations.

Before major expansion, the focus is on:

  • Secure land ownership

  • Core infrastructure

  • Financial sustainability

  • Community alignment

  • Environmental regeneration

The goal is not rapid growth.

The goal is building something that can still thrive decades from now.

What Makes PermOasis Retreat Different

We believe ownership matters.

We believe community matters.

We believe nature matters.

We believe people flourish when they have meaningful work, supportive relationships, and a sense of purpose.

We believe land should be improved, not consumed.

And we believe that some of the best things in life are built slowly.

What We Believe

The Future We Are Building

  • Kids learning in gardens.

  • Neighbors helping raise a barn.

  • Shared meals.

  • Trails through forests.

  • Remote workers stepping outside to birds instead of traffic.

  • Small businesses operating from home.

  • Community celebrations.

  • Land becoming healthier every year.

PermOasis is not a side project.

It is not a marketing concept.

It is not a speculative land venture.

I have invested years of planning, research, and personal resources into bringing this vision to life because I genuinely believe places like this need to exist.

The founding families who join this project are not simply purchasing land.

They are helping shape the culture, values, and future of a community that may exist long after all of us are gone.

That responsibility deserves transparency, honesty, and thoughtful decision-making.

Those are commitments I intend to uphold throughout this journey.
