Each founding position is intended to include approximately five private acres and a 5% stock equity position in PermOasis Retreat Ltd., subject to the final property, approvals, and legal agreements.
Beyond the land and equity, the real opportunity is arriving early enough to help shape what comes next.
The first households will help establish the character of the place. Their decisions, businesses, gardens, homes, and contributions will become part of the pattern that future guests, workers, partners, and community members step into.

This does not mean every decision will be made by committee.

PermOasis could divide more land and recruit more households. That might make the project look bigger sooner. It would not necessarily make it stronger.
